Judge strikes down mandate

Students' mandate that they be allowed to cheat, that is. A dental student was dismissed for cheating and took snowflakery to a whole new level - he sued the school. Glad to know that this guy's cheating fingers won't be poking around in my mouth.

  1. Ah, some good news, for a change. I'm astonished he could find a lawyer to take the case!

  2. Ben, he'll just move on to some cruddy medical school in Grenada and work in Tijuana as "El Dentista Norteamericano."

  3. Very few judges would even allow evidence to be presented. There is no legal precedent for allowing students financial compensation for failing to win an A.
