A journal so prestigious, its acceptance rate is 0%
A colleague passed this on to me. Where, oh where, can you submit your article to a place more discriminating than any other journal in your field? Why, the Journal of Universal Rejection, of course.
There is a journal called Mathematica Rejecta it accepts only papers which have been rejected by other journals. On order to be considered for publication you have to submit a letter describing your tale of woe.
