Oh yeah! That caught me off guard and I laughed like crazy at him. He had some good production value as well...why do so many of these vlog's look so bad, bad lighting, etc. Can't some of them comb their hair beforehand, too? Don't they know Cal is going to show it to all of us?
Indeed. Can we nominate him as the subject of the first human cloning experiment? Give me a class full of student who think that way -- or even half a dozen to sprinkle among my small groups -- and I'd be a happy camper.
Those kids are the best. I have one in one of my classes now. Someone asked for a study guide (to an essay test!) and he said "Jesus, weren't you taking notes?" I wanted to give him candy.
All I could think was "boy, I'd have to make sure I'd tweezed recently if someone was planning to record me from that angle." I'm assuming it's a webcam, and she hadn't figured out how to monitor it, and/or adjust the angle. But wouldn't she expect a student to do a project over if such a problem occurred?
The kid at the end is my fucking hero.

DeleteThe guy at the end expresses my thoughts exactly. :D
DeleteThanks for the laugh, I needed it!
DeleteCan we have the kid at the end as our mascot? Please? I fucking love him!!!

DeleteThe close up the of the proctor director's nose was the best.
ReplyDeleteI almost added text on that first clip that said, "This video has not been edited," because that's exactly how the training video looked. Insane.

DeleteI know it's an old cliche, but isn't it just easier to study than it is to do a MacGyver routine to cheat?
ReplyDeleteRight? The amount of time and effort put into this could have been cut in half if they'd just read the material.
DeleteLove it, Cal.
ReplyDeleteBest Vidshizzle! Love the kid at the end...
ReplyDeleteWonderful, wonderful, wonderful, and again wonderful.
