Map Porn.

  1. Why is my dot light blue? Am I not as important as the dark blue? Why am I small? I don't feel small. Didn't this map used to be green? What happened to the green dots? Something is fishy. Where is that BIG BLUE dot? Kentucky? South Carolina? Why do they get to obscure the rest of the Appalachians?

God this has made me mad!

  2. Montana, I understand.

But New Hampshire? Really? We can't get a ISP bounce-link into New Hampshire? I thought one of us was good with computers and internets and wires and things.

  3. Tortured logic:

    1. CM visitors are frustrated in one or more aspects of their academic life
    2. Nobody in Montana frequents CM
    3. Montana proffies must not be frustrated with their academic life

    ...moving to Montana soon ...

    2. It actually is! Leslie, is this a map that actually shows number of users, frequency of use, or time? I know they're all available. And what damn town is that exactly?

    3. It's actually about 5 people in and around Knoxville TN.

    4. My guess is that the idea of Leslie being stationed in Utah is a bold-faced lie to cover up her summer home in Knoxville, where Cash gets high and sleeps on the couch while Cal tries to fix everyone else's mistakes.

  5. On the maps we see at the compound, we actually see into your homes and offices. Sometimes it's startling! I saw Compound Cal waxing his...mustache.

  6. I'm not even on the map this summer!!! What happened to the rest of the world?

Oh, and I want a mustache to wax!!! Why was I not given one? :)
