Just for kicks, it would be good to do these hits as ratios of per capita overall population, student enrollment in post-secondary institutions, and numbers of faculty (broken down by TT and otherwise, if possible).
ReplyDeleteFor instance, I'm not surprised that Delaware has few hits, as it's a small state. But I'm curious if Maine has fewer overall people, or just fewer miserable people, than a state of similar area. Normalizing to demographics would tease out such metrics.
