Don't do it, fab. I know it's hard, but you owe all of us for all the attention and support we've given as readers over the years. It is just the anniversary, it does not have to be the end.
Is he threatening to quit again. Don't worry, it's all a ploy for sympathy. And if he does stop the page, I will start one the next day that would be 10 times more popular with 10 times better information. Call his bluff.
...and this page of yours, the Mexicans will pay for it, right?
Sometimes a meme is just a meme.
I like the meme and the return of this particular smiling proffie!
This is one of the best summations of the life professorial that I can remember in recent history. Some days the inmate, some days the asylum.
And some (most?) days I'm just trying to remember what day it is, and what we're supposed to be doing in class. This, of course, is what syllabi (or least course calendars) are for -- whether or not the students read them, by a few weeks into the semester the professors rely on them to remember what the heck they planned when they were considerably less sleep-deprived and (perhaps) a bit more sane (see inmate/asylum, above).
