At least three longtime community members are in the track of Hurricane Matthew, not to mention dozens of colleges and this page's mythical compound.

    Best wishes to all.

    Maybe the storm will at least generate some creative student excuses that can be posted here? I'm thinking maybe we should give a prize for the least plausible (in terms of geographical location of student, actual closeness of relationship to person/other creature in peril, etc.etc.).
