My favorite line is toward the end, advising bosses to think of themselves as T-ball coaches and not drill instructors.
I'm actually kind of proud of our little snowies for valuing work-life balance over salary. Not like my X generation who either took up knitting and crafting while working as baristas into their 40s, or worked 25-hour days in tech.
Send them my way. I could use another assistant since Kes went non-corporeal.
