"Dirty Bingo" at NC State raises eyebrows

An event titled "Dirty Bingo" at North Carolina State University is raising some eyebrows with its promises that participants can win sex toys paid for with student activity fee money.

The Student Union Activities Board is sponsoring the event for February 12. As of Thursday afternoon, nearly 500 participants had signed up on Facebook to take part.

Organizers said it includes the chance to "win some 'unique' prizes while having a good time, laughing, being entertained, and learning about safe practices."

Organizers told ABC11 the prizes included condoms, vibrators, other adult toys, and gag gifts.

      Oh, come on. In a small town like Mayberry, everyone would know even if Aunt Bea were to buy herself some exciting underwear.

      So you see, not all the social changes of the past 50 years have been bad. They sure make education difficult, though.
