Speedy Rant: Learning Center Style

Dear One of Four Isomorphic Learning Centers,

How is it that you want me to look professional when you do not pay me like one?

Oh yeah, that's right.  I chose to work there and you can fire me.

    Your Learning Center Isomorphs sure must like to interview, hire, and train people, then, not to mention have your students tutored by green tutors.

    I got genuine training in leadership and management when I was in the U.S. Navy. I shake my head at what many academics wrongly think they should do.
