  5. This could be hidden anti-drug propaganda from our friends at the Cuban Intellectuals' Association; they were known to insert faked stories in wire feed from time to time.

  6. @Cynic: that's covered in the last paragraph, I think (which seems to imply that, even if drugs are less interesting than sex to college students, they also act as a gateway to sexual behavior).

    I suspect our students might read that paragraph and be puzzled by the idea that there is a single "sexual act."
