Why Sun Devils Burn.

  1. I'm sorry. What value does this have? I know things have changed, but does the moderator make any judgment calls or does everything go online?

    1. Well, I think it helps to realize that "Not Safe For Work" is a 2-way street.

    2. Everything goes up. You're not the first person that appears to be burned by that. I say don't be crabby. Go along for the ride and enjoy it while it lasts. You never know when it may stop putting out again.

Oh, and get a good antibiotic.

    3. I'm sorry to complain. I know I haven't submitted anything but this seems like a waste.

    4. Is that right? Does the RGM put up everything that is sent to the page? That can't be.

    5. Pat has more directly captured what I was trying to say: nowadays, to be Safe for/at Work, I make sure my immunizations are up to date, and I don't touch anything the students have touched (much less the students themselves).

    6. WW and RW, sometimes I don't care for the subject of a post, but discussion often goes in interesting and/or unexpected directions. I would not want to give that up.

Refusing to post things that people go to the trouble of sending in risks them not going to the trouble next time. There's a line, but it's hard to know exactly where to draw it.

  2. I have friends who work at, went to school at, etc., some of those institutions. Not those kinds of friends, though.

  3. For once it's nice not to be at the top of the rankings.

    1. Please, in this charged discussion, nobody mention that it might not be good to be the bottom, either.

      Oh, shit, I just did.

  4. Just to be clear, these are human-to-human transmitted diseases. Fresno is still tops with interspecies relationships: http://abc7.com/news/fresno-state-student-sexually-assaults-sheep-police-say/396372/

  5. I was glad to see that my school was not on this list. Although to judge from YikYak, no one here could transmit a sexual disease even if they had one.
